Financial Leasing

In line with the Social Security Investment Fund's (SSIF) efforts to diversify its investment instruments and expand its contribution to financing national projects, the Fund established the Daman Company for Financial Leasing in 2016. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Fund, the company serves as the Fund's specialized investment arm for financing major infrastructure projects and vital sectors that directly impact citizens' lives, such as healthcare, transportation, and public services across the kingdom's various governorates.

The total value of these economically viable and developmentally impactful projects has reached approximately JOD 320 million. These initiatives have contributed to developing infrastructure and essential services, while creating around 900 direct jobs and hundreds of indirect opportunities during the construction phase. This reflects the Fund's strategic direction toward supporting the national economy, while simultaneously generating stable, long-term investment returns that ensure the growth and sustainability of the Social Security Corporation's assets.
