Private Equity & Project Finance Department
Studies and analyzes the opportunities of investment projects that include all economic structures, infrastructure projects and projects resulting from privatization programs, and comes up with appropriate investment recommendations on the investment and economic feasibility, and the form and extent of the Investment Fund’s contribution to these projects, in addition to managing and following-up the private shareholding portfolio within the Investment Fund.

Real Estate Investments Department

Equity Investment Department
Manages and maintains the true value of stocks in the investment portfolio. The department manages, develops and invests the Fund’s assets in the listed public shareholding companies in which the Investment Fund is a shareholder, in addition to achieving appropriate investment returns within acceptable risk rates.

Risk Management & Strategic Planning Department
Identifies, analyzes, assesses and monitors all types of investment and operational risks of all types. It proposes the necessary policies, procedures and controls to manage them, in addition to measuring the investment performance of the Fund’s investment activities. The department also identifies the level of compliance with legislation, laws and procedures, and proposes the monitoring controls necessary to alleviate the strategic and operational risks.

Financial Control Department
Verifies the credibility, soundness and accuracy of the Investment Fund’s financial data appropriate to the criteria of the international financial disclosure. It enhances the monitoring tools of the Fund's financial performance, as well as guarantee compliance with the relevant policies, procedures, instructions, laws and criteria. The Department also aims to draft budgets and monitor and analyze deviations in order to achieve the desired goals.
